
I know it is good for me to exercise everyday. Actually, everyday
is impossible for me, because I am lazy girl to exercising something.
Maybe I will do that if someone give some rewards. However, I
should exercise although someone don't do that. I want to lose
weight, and be healthful person. One friend I know is not healthful,
so she often sick and a little stress is so big problem for her. As seeing
her, I always said the most important thing is health!!!!Only one!!!
So it is same for me!!! It is basic to care my body myself.
