This is story about academic background cause many people who want
to get a job to fail to find a job. I choose this article because I'm thinking
about it doesn't matter what I have good or bad academic background.
I surprised when I read this article, Korea still has idea about academic
background is important. In my opinion, that is just background! not their
character or personality. As I have living in society, I recognize that
although people who have a good educational background, some of them
have no idea and good personalty. I have seen as like them. If I establish
a new company, I could choose a people who is man of sincerity. I wish
that our society become the nation is full of sincerity.
